The Alliance for Campus Community Engagement (ACCE), also known as “the Alliance”, is the largest network of state and regional coalitions dedicated to supporting the public purposes of U.S. higher education. Representing 400 member institutions – community colleges, public four-year universities, and independent colleges and universities – the Alliance promotes public service, civic engagement, campus-community partnerships, and social mobility initiatives tailored to place-based and local contexts.
Over several decades, the Alliance state and regional organizations have managed longstanding and locally driven portfolios of programs, awards, and events. While a common purpose drives each, their activities are as diverse and varied as the states and regions of the US.
